Thank you to all the participants and patrons that visited us at the Bangor Mall.


With 30 cars, drivers and crews displaying their 2013 racing machines. During the three day show, contests were held for the People’s Choice Award in each racing division represented, voted on by shoppers at the mall.
As well as a contest for the Best Dressed Crew and a Best of Show award.
Best of Show award took into consideration the overall appearance of the car, both interior and exterior and the display area the car was set up in. Independent judges from the local media, the mall staff and track personnel made up the panel for the awards. Four different judges went around and scored the vehicles on a numerical basis with a perfect score being 20.
Best Dressed Crew is also voted on by the four different judges and scored the crew on a numerical basis of 1 to 5.
Trophies and cash prizes were handed out by track owner Del Merritt on Sunday afternoon to the winning teams.
